Lamb Shanks & Vegetables

What you need:

  • Lamb Shanks
  • vegetables
  • grated cheese

How to prepare:

  1. Roast 2 or 3 Lamb Shanks for about 1 hour.
  2. Meantime steam vegetables like pumpkin, potato, peas, zucchini & carrot.
  3. Cut all meat from the bones and put into blender with veg & a little veg water.
  4. You can add 1 tblspn of grated cheese if desired. Blend to desired consistency.
