Carrot Soup

What you need:

  • carrots
  • parsley
  • baby milk (variation)

How to prepare:

  1. Gently boil 2 small, sliced carrots in a teacup of water in a small, covered saucepan.
  2. Add a little fresh chopped parsley, then puree to make a thick soup.

Variation:

  1. stir in a little baby milk.
