Cream Of Chicken & Potato
2-4 servingsWhat you need:
- 1/3 cup chopped & cooked boneless chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped & cooked potato
- 1 tbs of shredded mild cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup formula or breast milk,
- Optional: 2 tsp sweet-cream butter
- baby cereal
How to prepare:
- Combine all ingredients except the cheese and baby cereal in a saucepan.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. (Make sure the liquid does not boil off.)
- Add cheese and cereal & stir until desired thickness.
- Mash or puree the ingredients.
- Serve refrigerate or freeze.
