Cover in a little water and simmer until very tender. Drain.
Push through sieve or puree.
Mix with Baby Rice and milk.
Blend well. Serve warm.
Handy Hint:
Single serves of carrot puree can be frozen in an ice cube tray, sealed in a plastic bag.
Once carrot has been established try adding other flavours to Baby Rice - pear, apple, mashed potato with carrot etc.
