Dried apricot cream

What you need:

  • dried apricots
  • baby rice or milk

How to prepare:

  1. Pour boiling water over a few dried apricots in a sieve.
  2. Cover the apricots with cold water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until quite soft.
  3. Puree and sieve.
  4. Stir in a little baby milk or baby rice.
  5. You can dilute the cooking water with an equal amount of cooled boiled water and use it as a drink.
