Dried apricot cream
What you need:
- dried apricots
- baby rice or milk
How to prepare:
- Pour boiling water over a few dried apricots in a sieve.
- Cover the apricots with cold water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until quite soft.
- Puree and sieve.
- Stir in a little baby milk or baby rice.
- You can dilute the cooking water with an equal amount of cooled boiled water and use it as a drink.
