Tuna Mornay
What you need:
- 15g butter
- 2 teaspoons of plain flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 185g canned tuna (drained)
How to prepare:
- Melt butter in a small pan.
- Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, over low heat for 1 minute.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring the mixture until smooth between each addition.
- When all the milk has been added, keep stirring until the mixture has boiled and thickened.
- Cook for 1 minute longer.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
- Drain the tuna and flake with a fork.
- Stir into the sauce and serve warm.
