Vegetable Trio with Red Lentils

(Makes 6 portions)

What you need:

  • 1 small carrot
  • 75g of potatoes
  • 75g of trimmed cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp of red lentils
  • 200ml of formula

How to prepare:

  1. Trim, peel and dice 1 small carrot, and 75g of potatoes.
  2. Put the vegetables in a small saucepan with 75g of trimmed cauliflower, 1 tbsp of red lentils and 200ml of formula.
  3. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer gently for 25 minutes, or until very tender.
  4. Puree until smooth or sieve.
  5. Spoon a portion into a bowl and cool before serving.
  6. Divide the remainder into portions and freeze, or cover and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
